Friends, I have hp notebook 2000. when i am going to install windows xp on it then BSOD occures.

Friends, I have hp notebook 2000. when i am going to install windows xp on it then BSOD occures.
I have intel board with HM70.
I have windows xp sp3.
Plz help me to install xp on it.
I hope you all will help me.......

Friends, I have hp notebook 2000. when i am going to install windows xp on it then BSOD occures.

Hi:

 

You have to slipstream the sata controller drivers to get XP to install.

 

I have zipped up and attached the drivers you need below.

 

Unzip the drivers I attached to their folder.

 

Then read the Intel section at the link below and the downloadable document which explains how to slipstream the drivers I attached so XP will install.

BTW, Millions of folks have gone back from Win10 to their prior O/S -- something you don't hear about from MS. by WAWood but ALL to TRUE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Those that want HD Gaming should plan to invest in a Gaming Laptop to handle those requirements. Eamples GTA V or Crysis 3.

Friends, I have hp notebook 2000. when i am going to install windows xp on it then BSOD occures.

But sir after installing its all components & after enter computer name it restart & that blue screen error occurs again...

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why that is happening or what you can do about it.

FYI. The information I found that is a Windows 8 machine and no XP will install on it.

 

Here's a general model from HP and it list only Windows 8 as the O/S.
