Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It is a gaming laptop but no game work well . All games get hang or close automatically , Sometimes windows screen get black and sometimes freezes . No driver update is possible . why give reason.

yes Sir this one model games like Fifa 2106 , Call of duty 4 , Cs , CS Go all games mostly. Please tell how to solve this problem and laptop hang some time while playing game  and game closed automatically .

I hate to suggest this but HP Support would have you do it. First tap F2 as you power up to get into UEFI diagnostics and run all the component tests...memory, hard drive and video. Assuming those are not the problem (or let us know if they are) let's recover the laptop back to factory condition and get the drivers back to a known good state and see what that does. You should be able to use an F11 option as you boot up to recover it back to original state.

Sir I had done all the things you had said resest the windows and diagnose the windows and memory test all have been done but nothing has changes . Now too Fifa 2015 and other games are lagging .

I want a permanent Solution . Please Help.

Then it is a hardware problem and you are going to have to contact warranty support. This is not HP warranty. I have provided all we can do without possibly repairing hardware.
