Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Good evening. I'm struggling with my hp laptop as in dont have a recovery disk, and the administrator password. And i cant be able to install Apps, in-deed i would like to format my pc, but it's difficult for me. Can you please assist me
