HELP.... Laptop keeps restarted after installing HP Recovery Disk

I reformated my hard disk and used recovery disk to reset the laptop to the factory setting. At the end of the recovery operation, the laptop keep restarting continuously. It is continuing for hours. Is it normal to reboot continuously after using the system recovery?

My Laptop is HP Pavilion Ultrabook 14-b006sa

OS:  Windows 8.1

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thank you

HELP.... Laptop keeps restarted after installing HP Recovery Disk

Hi @johns123,

I read all of your post's on the HP Support Forums and wanted to reach out to help you!

I feel it would be best to check the Hardware on the system first. Here is a link that shows you how to do that.

You might want to look at this about Secure Boot for Windows 8.
