J8X12UAR#ABA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having a strange issue updating the BIOS on a 15-F039wm laptop, product number J8X12UAR#ABA.

The BIOS was at version F.11.  The latest version on the HP support page is F.32.

When attempting to update to F.32, the update software reports an error before the flash begins.  I also tried going from F.11 to F.25 and received the same error.

I was able to downgrade from F.11 to F.02 with no issue at all.

Can someone look into this to see if the BIOS on the support page is indeed correct for this laptop?  I need to update the BIOS to correct a driver issue.

Thank you.
