I have a lost admin password on this system and need help.  The system disabled code is 88793981.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately that did not work.  I didn't mention it in my orginal post because I wasn't sure it mattered but the full system disabled code is [i 88793981]  

 

From what I saw in other replies it looked like only the numbers mattered.

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, most of the time when there is an 'i' that preceeds the numeric code, we can't be of help.

 

You will have to contact HP technical support and see if they can help you.
