Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After using and exiting my HP-15 laptop successfully, it was next turned on after 2 days and my password was entered, but could not be accessed due to the fact that required keys were not operating  After accessing Windows 10, testing resulted in the fact that several keys became inactive:  Cap.lock, a, s, d, f, j, k, l, ;, Enter, Pg.n, and #keys.period.  After many attempts to recover, these keys remain inactive.

The laptop was repeatedly turned on, rebooted, drivers deleted and added, and information to resolve researched.

Your hep and expertise in resolving this matter is most appreciated.  Thanks, Paul.
