After installing Windows 8.1 and going through 100's of drivers I thought I'd share this.

 

Unkown Device - ACPI\HPQ6001

 

It was the following.....

 

HP Wireless Button

Hi,

I just try to find this driver for win7. I have the HP 255G3, with win7 operating system, all drivers was succesfully installed except the HP wireless button. May you help me.

Thank you... this was one of two unidentified bits of hardware "hanging out there" following a W8.1 clean install (format, full install, no bloatware) on my Pavilion dv7 laptop... was able to read/install the solution without even logging into HP website but had to log in to be able to give a two thumbs up kudo... go figure.
