i got 2 inquires :

 

1 - i Just bought this laptop 6 days ago and when i checked the HP assistant it is showing it has only 7 month left in it's warranty which is not correct.

 

2 - when i check online on HP on my laptop it is not supporting any drives nor find y model AU101ne

 

Please advise

I reviewed your post and I understand that the warranty information on HP support assistant is incorrect and you are unable to find the model of your computer online.

 

I’d love to help!

 

I recommend you to contact phone support to get the warranty information updated as per your purchase receipt or else there is an option in HP support assistant to dispute the warranty and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Please refer to the below link on how to find the model and product number of your computer.
