I'd like to do a clean windows 10 installation but i'd like to keep "HP Audio Switch/Bang & Olufsen Audio Control".. but it's not in the download section for this laptop..

my question is where can I download this for standalone installation?

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.

I understand that you have an  HP Envy 13 Kaby Lake laptop and would like to reinstall Win10 and retain the HP Audio Switch/Bang & Olufsen Audio Control.  I'd like to assist you with this case.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • The exact product model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
  • Are you facing any issues with the laptop due to which you want to reinstall the operating system?

You may perform a system recovery which will reinstall the original operating system along with the drivers and software that came preinstalled on the laptop. HP does not recommend you to install any other operating system apart from the original one that came preinstalled.

Hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. Cheers! 🙂
