HP Chromebook OS issue

Hi @Jay-Dawg-Up1,

Welcome to the HP forums! It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community.  I see that you are having some issues with OS keeps crashing on your HP Chromebook. I'll be really happy to help you with this.

Try few steps recommended below.

If you’re finding that Chrome keeps crashing, refuses to open, or fails to load web pages, there is a chance that you have malware on your system. Getting rid of it is normally a straightforward process, but you might need to work through a few solutions.
Try running chrome cleanup tool.
