When starting my Probook in the morning the following message pops up in the middle of my screen.

 

Is there a way to fix it? And also is the application needed on the laptop or can I uninstall it?

Hello,

 

Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum. Welcome !

 

HP Connection Manager is found preinstalled and offered for business customers and HP business class computers. It might be useful app for some users but is not mandatory to keep or use and can safely be uninstalled.

 

In your case, since it causes you issues, please consider uninstall it. Go to Control Panel > Programs and features to find/uninstall it.

 

Hopefully this will fix the issue. If not, post again.
