turns on and says preparing automatic repair and then shutfs off or sometimes it will turn on and be loading without saying automatic repair but still shuts off and f11 or any of the f buttons dont work

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This should open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 and run test on hard drive.

what test? i ran the first one and it said passed on everything
