HP ENVY TouchSmart 14-k029tx Sleekbook

HP ENVY TouchSmart 14-k029tx S

Hi

I accidentally delete the recovery (in drive D), can i know what drivers should i download in order to restore my laptop to factory settings?

I have seen plenty of drivers available in the Driver of HP Envy TouchSmart 14-k029tx Sleekbook, do i have to download all of that?

Thanks

Hi @Nickielim89,

Recovery Media is not available online and you can not download it as well. In order to restore the unit to factory default, there are two options:

1.) Through Recovery Partition ( Which is not available now).

2.) Through Recovery Media, if it was created. Below are the links for your reference.

HP PCs - Performing an HP system recovery (Windows 7)

HP PCs - Performing an HP system recovery (Windows 8)

As Recovery Partition has been deleted, and if another option is also not available, then  I would suggest you to contact hp technical support. And get the Recovery media order for your unit.

Please find below HP Worldwide Contact:

I hope that answers your question. :)
