My left case hinge broke and the whole bottom of the computer separates every time I lift the lid. This is clearly a design flaw. I bought the 2 year extended warranty but it is not valid any more. I think this screams [Content Removed]
and I bet there are hundreds or maybe thousands of people who have experienced the same design flaw. No one has offered me a $150 repair, but the fact that they aren't willing to admit there is clearly a problem really bothers me [Content Removed]

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
