HP Envy Laptop keeps on Restarting after Reset

HP Envy 4-1054tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

Can someone help me? I've reset my laptop using shift+restart then chose "reset" and delete all files. However, my laptop keeps on restarting with error "UNACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE". What shall I do?

Thank you!

Hello @Paul_Kervin,

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums! The forums are a great place where you can find solutions for your issues, with help from the community!

I read your post about the boot issue, and wanted to assist you!

Did you try to perform a System Recovery, or the Microsoft Push-Button Reset?  First try restoring the BIOS using the following document: HP Notebook PCs - Restoring the BIOS

If that does not work, then try reviewing the steps in the following document, and let me know how it goes: HP PCs - Error: The Boot Selection Failed Because a Required Device Is Inaccessible (Windows 8, 7)

Please let me know if this information helps you resolve the issue by marking this post as "Accept as Solution", this will help others easily find the information they may be looking for.  Also, clicking the Thumbs up below is a great way to say thanks!
