I have the HP Notebook - 15-r150sa (ENERGY STAR) laptop from brand new.
Was factory installed with Windows 8.1 I believe.
I have upgraded to Windows 10 64 bit, but I would like to go back to the original Windows that it was originally installed with if possible.
Please note, I bought this laptop from brand new from a reputable retailer in the UK, but it did not come with any installation disk or anything like that.
If I press F11 during start up, all of the reset/recovery options ask me to insert a disk which I dont have and wasn't supplied. Also all of the options before asking for a disk only offered Windows 10 as a start point.
I cannot roll back to original windows as 30 days has passed, and there is no option to do anything else.
Any help would be much appreciated.
