I have the same issue. My LS-18 power cord has developed a wavy look from the power converter to the laptop that I have no idea how long it has been there. I know this happens when a cord continues to get hot. Any ideas?

From what I understand, the LS-18 is not part of the recall. In addition, the cord from the adapter to the laptop is also not part of the recall.
In other notes: I have sent in a message to the Bulk email and it has not bounced back this morning!

Well, the email address for bulk replacement does work. I received a large spreadhseet asking for details that I don't see how we can provide. Again, these power cords are interchangeable. We have no way of verifying what power cord was shipped with which laptop or docking station. Many users have been through multiple laptops and/or docks and have kept accessories (such as spare power cords) from the previuos units. Some cords have had the tags removed so there is no date code on them to check. So, what exactly should we be submitting on this spreadsheet? Serial number from every laptop and docking station purchased from September 2010 through June 2012?
