HP Pavilion 13 x360 PC just days out of warranty and battery won't charge when plugged in.

Product Name: HP Pavilion 13 x360 PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Batter Check says 'OK'

Plugged in and says 7% available (plugged in, not charging)

Battery is not removable.

When I unplug chord, kills operation.

Been working great up to now.

HP Support Battery Check program says "OK"

Warranty just ended 3 days ago!!!

Help!

I came across your post about the battery issue, and wanted to help!  I understand that the system shows that the AC Adapter is connected, but the battery is not charging.

 

To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook?  Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:
