Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this laptop like 2 months ago, after I bought it just hang sometimes. Even I waited for more than 10minutes still same, I got no choice to force shutdown. Any ideas?

I understand that you are facing an issue with your notebook freezing. Happy to help. 

For better assistance, I request you to provide the product number of your notebook. 

Have you changed the configuration of your notebook?

 

Recommend you to provide the requested information and try the steps suggested in the below article. 

HP PCs - Computer Locks Up or Freezes (Windows 10, 😎

Run HP Support assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated. 

Also, run a system test on the computer to make sure all the components are working correctly. Click here for assistance. 

Shut down the computer. 

Turn the computer ON and keep tapping ESC or F2 to get the startup menu and select system diagnostics. 

In system diagnostics, you have an option to run an extensive test on the computer.
