Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I noticed within the last few months 2 of my 3 USB slots no longer work.  I've tried to remove the USB drivers and add them back to no avail.  I have an Intel Core i3; Pavilion 17 running Windows 10.

Need precise model. On some, at least some of the usb ports are on a daughterboard that is easy and cheap to replace. On others they are on the motherboard. You also want to test the ports before Windows loads by trying to boot from a bootable USB stick. If you can do that, the problem is software, not hardware.

I have the  HP Pavilion 17t-f000 CTO

Heres the Manual:

You have a single USB 2.0 port on the right side as you sit and look at the screen and then a pair of USB 3.0 ports on the left. The USB 3.0 are directly on the motherboard and the USB 2.0 is on a daughterboard that is replaceable. Which ones are not working?

The 2 on the left do not work.

Thats the ones on the motherboard. So try to boot from them and if you can't it is not good news I am afraid.
