HP Pavilion dm4 - Plugged In, Not Charging - Tried Everything

just bought new bttery, checked it's voltage ok, now is run down. checked the charging unit, voltage output ok. now what can i try?

I read your post about the notebook not starting, and wanted to assist you!  I understand that you are having trouble with the battery charging.

 

To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook?  Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:
