After adding new HP printer and setting it up, the program to run our invoices shrunk cells and would not print. Received Thunker Spooler error. Replaced battery, and changed to "print direct to printer" fixed it for 2 invoices. Reset system to prior when problem first started and now I cannot even log in. Have blue screen with owner icon, click it and this message with an OK button appears " The user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

Did you try to restart the computer and check again?
