HP Pavilion dv7-4107sg

i have the HP Pavilion dv7-4107sg which has (as far as i can see) no tv tuner integrated.
But when i go to system>programs i see that there is a hp dvb-t tv tuner installed.
maybe i am completly wrong but why is a program installed when there is no tuner included ?

Same here; I saw it in add/remove programs and don't have a tuner.  They had me fooled for a second.  I looked around and didn't find anyone with an answer.  My guess is that they have a standard build for their laptops that includes all of software they might need for that model.  The build is applied to the systems, but software from individual systems that isn't required is not removed.  Maybe for speedier turnout(?).  If you don't have a tuner then it's not needed and can be removed/uninstalled.
