Foto's gescanned and als .tiff opgeslagen in map ( exacte naam: Scan 1.tiff, etc.).

Hi William.

I think you said:

Today for the first time I tried to create a photo collage in Photo Creations. Pictures were scanned and saved as a TIFF in folder (exact name: Scan 1.tiff, etc.). When I want to add pictures in the program and go to the folder with files, these are unavailable (dimmed). Already from the photos, the names changed to .jpg, without result. Does anyone have a solution?

HP Photo Creations supports PNG and JPEG image formats. To add your photos, you will need to convert them to one of those formats. Changing just the name (Scan.tiff to Scan.jpg, for example) will not work.

For photos, we recommend JPEG format. For graphics, we recommend PNG.

I hope this helps,
