I have a HP Spectre x360 - 13-4005dx (ENERGY STAR) notebook.
I can not login because the keyboard does not work.
Only work the space bar and enter. I can not use the touch screen either, only allows me to turn the notebook off. The touch pad does work.
I will really apreciate your help. Thank you very much.

I have performed the procedures but the keyboard still does not work.
I can enter the bios with the keys F10 or ESC, but in Windows it still does not work.
If I enter my computer by remote access (teamviewer) everything works correctly.

I recommend you to contact phone support to further diagnose the issue.
Follow below steps to contact phone support.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone
