HP Stream Notebook 11 not charging

Stream Notebook 11
Computer not charging. I tested the charger adapter and it seems to be working. How do I troubleshoot the charging port?

HP Stream Notebook 11 not charging

Hey there! @Ded0cz0, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand that you are unable to charge your laptop.

To perform a hard reset on a computer with a sealed or non-removable battery, use the following steps:
Turn off the computer.
Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.
Disconnect all external connected peripheral devices such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.
For most notebooks, press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds to reset. If your notebook model is listed in the table, use the instructions specific to your PC.

As you mentioned that you tested the charger adapter and it seems to be working fine.

I would suggest you update BIOS on your PC and check if it helps.

Also, Uninstall the ACPI battery from device manager restart your PC.

The battery drivers will install automatically try charging the battery and check if it works.

I will watch your reply!

Cheers! :)
