HP Support Assistant Software installation Error - 1605

HP Notebook - 15-r112ne
Windows 8.1

I am unable to install HP Support Assistant Software. The error given below occurs during installation.

 

Error: - 1605 This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.

 

I am also uploading error image.

Hello and thank you for posting on the HP support forums.  So that I can give you the best support possible.  Could you please post back with your key system information.

 

What I am looking for is the complete Model and Product Numbers. this link will help you with this.

 

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
