HP notebook 15-ba002ds memory

I nought a HP notebook 15-ba002ds and it has 4gb of ram from the factory. I can't seem to find whether or not it is ungradable or how many slots are available to upgrade. If you can't then it would be a waste of my money. Please contact ASAP. Thank you .

Hi,

The following link shows specs of your machine:

     http://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c05187577

Please use a table from page 2 of the following document to get information about RAM on your computer

Regards.

Hi,

Have you read the table from page 2 ? Your machine uses E2 processor and next .... please read it. I can tell a number right now but please read it; unless you can't read a table, please post back and I can tell you a number.

Regards.

Hi,

Is it still under warranty ? that statement implies (in this case) this would void warranty isf you upgraded ourself. Noe back to how mant slot, have you worked this out yet ? The book says your machine uses E2-7110 (1.8GHz), 1600MHz/2MB L2, Quad 15W therefore it supports DDR3L-1333 single channel (DDR3L-1600 downgrade to DDR3L-1333)

And single means 1. It has 1 slot of, max 8GB.

Regards.
