hello! I bought hp probook 450 g4. Brightness keys are not working

Great, I just got that probook and the function keys for brightning and sound were not functioning, and that was little disappointing for such a laptop 1tb,16gb ram,i7

 

but thanks much, the link to hot key driver was downloaded and worked , and then all keys were ok..which was a great news afterall...

....but after then, the keyboard is changed for the Shift+2 key = @ , now in order to write the @ sign I have to Shift+''    !!
