Have had blue screen of death on several occasions. Then Event viewer said the critical event was as follows;
Event ID: 41
Task Category: (63)
Then ran F2 disc scan and recieved the following:
Failure ID: 0G8F2W-00089H-QFPK1A-61D903
What do do next?

According to the failure id. Your hard drive gone bad. Hard Disk 1 Full Test Failure. You need to call hp's hotline
HP SUPPORT: 1800 474 6836 and have the computer repaired.
