Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP says my warranty expired on the day I bought it.

I am trying to send a copy of the receipt, but cannot use their warranty dispute function as it does not recognise my SN in UK and when I fill in the form it takes me in circles.

 

1. I need to get the warranty corrected - preferably by talking to a real person

2. I need to speak to HP about removing some of the "helpful stuff" so this laptop will actually work!

 

Can anyone help - anyone got one of these - been through this?

Anyone got an actual telephone number???

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
