Can't get the system to recover

Checked the bios system log. It reports

03F0
000A

I understand that you are gettings failure id and 3F0. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

Have you tried running a system test on your computer?

May I know the product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer. 

 

The error you are getting comes up usually comes up when the hard drive has gone bad on your computer. 

Please run a system test on your computer. Click here. 

If the test fails, please replace the HDD or contact our phone support for the service options available.
