Need urgent help!
I reset my HP notebook to factory setting wiping all files and it started installing Windows back.... However it has now been stuck on installing Windows (configuring settings) for like 16 hours going between 64% and 97% then restarting and starting from 64% and I don't know what to do!!!!! I've left it hoping it'll just get to 100% and open to the desk top but it just isn't happening!!
This happened to anyone else before? And how did you resolve it! Any help will be appreciated so much!!!!

Without the PC model number, there's no way I can tell if your PC came preinstalled with Win10, or if you did an Upgrade from a prior OS.
If you did the Upgrade, that is known to trash the HP Recovery information in the process, such that no HP recovery will work properly after that.
If it came preinstalled with Win10, while his PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about diagnosing and repairing your machine remotely.
I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet and do the needed repairs.
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
