Whenever I type - whether in word or on-line, the text either deletes automatically or skips to another line or word. I only type about 60 words a minute, so I know it's not because I type too fast. I've never had this problem before I bought this laptop a couple of months ago! Please help - it takes forever to complete anything, as I have to keep correcting. My antivirus scans report being up to date.

I have this same problem--typing documents in class only to have everything I have been typing to be deleted in one full sweep with no obvious reason. It automatically highlights as I type, jumps up paragraphs and really slows me down when I am working. Hopefully we will find a solution on this forum

Sometimes when you are typing words will be deleted.
Is this happening when using word?
If so, go to programs and features and repair office.
Here is a link that will walk you through the steps.
Don't uninstall Microsoft Office, click change then repair.
Also, scan the system files for any errors.
Open up command prompt and run the following command SFC /scannow.
This will scan the system files and correct any errors that it can.
Here is a link to command prompt.
When you go to open command prompt, right click and run as administrator.
You should also run a full scan of your antivirus.
