Hi,

You have to be Administrator to be able to change username. What is the Operating system on your computer ? I can't see the image because it has not been approved.

Regards.

Hi,

For Windows 8.1, it actually is Microsoft account name which you use to logon the machine (I don't know why Microsoft does that). Please use the following instructions to change account when logon:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-8/change-microsoft-account-name

You can also go to Control Panel > User accounts to create new account with FULL Admin rights and then delete HP account. I will ask you to delete many things, you need to carefully check before hit ok.

Regards.
