Hp Pavilion 2in1 convertible wont turn on the light keeps blinking

Hello there, my HP pavilion does not go on. I charge and the light on the charger pot lights green which shows that it is fully charged but when i turn it on it only blinks. 

 

I removed the batery held it for sometime and put it back but it did not work 

 

What do i need to do?
