my webcam isnt found either

under USB Controllers in device managers one of them is listed as "Unknown Device"

 

i dont know if the webcam is damaged or what

 

would the recovery disk help fix it or not??

 

my full product hardware is the following:

Product number: KN928UA@ABA

Product name: HP Pavilion dv6700 Notebook PC

 

hardrive WDC WD2500BEVS-00UST0 ATA Device
