Hp envy X2 ,second battery NOT installed

Goodevening,I have a problem with my new Hp envy x2,and I hope you can solve it.

I've bought an HP envy x2 11-g001el just two weeks ago.The problem is that I can't use/charge the second battery.I have followed some your guide to explore the situation of the batteries and The computer says that the second battery is NOT installed.

A friend of mine bought the same computer in the same place, in the same week but his computer works great.

We have understood that our computers have different bios's firmware .

Mine is F.04 and his is F.06.

Can it be a firmware problem? can it be a internal driver/software problem?

Which Windows operating system am I running?

Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?

There is only one battery in the tablet.

The second battery is in the docking station.

Do you have the docking station???

Goodmorning,thank for your support,I have a 32-bit ,Windows 8 ....the shop where I bought my computer has changed it with an other ,but there is the same problem,the second battery is NOT installed,It's a course !!How can I fix it?

yes ,I know that the second battery is in the dock station,the computer had it when I bought it.The problem is that the dock station battery is NOT installed,do you have some ideas to help me ?Maybe HP has a software in order to install the second battery ?

F.12 Is the latest.

I already tried to solve the problem installing the firmware F.12 of the BIOS in the Envy x2 that I gave back to the shop yesterday,but it didn't solve the problem.

I have updated my new envy x2 again to the BIOS version F12 ,now there is written (when i check the battery with the hp test ) "Second battery :Unsupported"...any solution?
