Hi! The given drivers are missing and i'm not able to find them:

1: PCI Simple Communications controller

2: Universal serial bus (USB) controller

 

and the hardware id's are:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C3A&SUBSYS_2164103C&REV_04
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C3A&SUBSYS_2164103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C3A&CC_078000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C3A&CC_0780

Hi,

 

If you go to

http://www.pcidatabase.com/

 

You can enter the Vendor and Device ID to find the exact device

 

For example

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C3A&SUBSYS_2164103C&REV_04

 

Vendor ID 8086

Device ID 9C3A

 

This states that Intel is the Vendor, if you go to the Intel support site and search for "PCI Simple Communications controller" you should be able to find a driver

Try installing HP Support Assistant which will automatically download and install drivers/updates:
