Product: Hp probook 4515s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
My laptop does not want to charge i plug in the ac adapter and i it says 0% avalible (plugged in ,not charging ) please help

Could you elaborate if this happens only while in Windows or even without Windows fully loaded it (battery) does not hold charge and does not charge ?
