Product: Hp stream n2840
I reset my notebook to factory settings and it got to approx 66% then said it had failed. Went to resume to windows 10 and the screen lights up with the hp logo and then goes blank then the screen turns off and this hasn't been repeating for approx 20 mins I did the hard reset by holding in the power nothing changed also tried pressing f10 nothing happening please help

I managed to bring up the menu by pressing f11 no idea what to do now please help 😊
