I try lots of thing use cmd to format, change value in rededit, try different software but not able to formet. Kindly suggest me.

“Driver Protected” on the USB drive. Is that right?
Thank you for sharing the issue details. I would like to help you.
I recommend you try the steps below and check if that fixes the issue.
- Double-click on the Write Protect value in the right-hand pane of Regedit.exe.
- Change the Value data from 1 to 0 and click OK to save the change.
- Close Regedit and restart your computer.
- Connect your USB drive again, and you should find it is no longer write protected

Try using the drive on a different PC and check if you can format it or copy the data.
