I have purchased your hp 250 g5 product, I have windows 10 on it, I installed windows 8.1 and I would like to restore windows 10 but it will not work because there is no recovery of hp recovery, of course recovery efficient how to run it under f11 there is in windows 8.1 it was Any command to type in cmd? Because I have the opportunity to use cmd under f11, sorry for the mistakes but I'm from Poland

Welcome to HP Support Forum. The best option now is to reinstall Windows 10 using media (USB, DVD) from the following information

 

      https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

 

During the installation process, select SKIP when it asking for a product key and continue. Windows 10 will activate when you come online because the key is in the BIOS of your machine.
