That just is not enough information.  :Crying:

 

For example, you might be using a Mac computer -- and we specialize in Windows.

 

You might not have a computer and instead are trying to connect an HP Tablet that uses Android OS.

 

You might be running a Recovery and forgot to leave the Wireless on so the computer can connect to the network during the last stages of the Recovery process.

 

You might have run Recovery without having downloaded (and put onto a USB drive) the necessary network Driver for your computer so you can copy the driver to your computer and install it.

 

Please provide (at the very least) the following:

 

Computer model - be precise.  HP makes LOTS of computers; tell us exactly which model you have.

 

Operating System - be precise.  Windows comes in a lot of flavors; tell us which OS you have.

 

What you are doing, did so, trying to do -- be precise.  "Cannot connect" is a Large subject.

 

What you have tried to correct the problem on your own - don't make us guess:  We might give you a list of what you have already done.
