Hi,

 

At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.

Hi,

 

Just hold down the power button for 10 seconds to force a shutdown.

 

Start the notebook, type in the code and hit enter.

OK I put code in and it worked now I am experiencing a thing that popped up that says "install windows, the computer encountered a unexpected error. Windows installation can not be processed, to install windows click OK, then restart the installation." But I do Not have a Windows disc or anything so now what do I do??? Please help asap. Thank you very much

The full Model No. and Product No. of your notebook - see Here for a guide on locating this information.

 

The version of the operating system ( ie Windows 10 64bit ).
