Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Plugged ib but not charging is wat i m able to see near the battery point and as i unplug the adapter laptop turns off even if it is charged

What is the age of the notebook and battery?

Probably battery is nearing is end?

Could you test your battery from HP support assistant software or from UEFI System Diagnostics: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03467259
