I reset my touch screen laptop tx2 to factory settings did not think anything up

HP touch screen be1025dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought the computer working just fine for a week I did a computer reset I guess it erase everything on the computer I have done every type of test is telling me to see which driver is working or which driver should be working I wish there was a number to call and get someone on the phone I think I'm going to have to reinstall Windows 10 anybody else have this problem thank you in advance

Also you can post your question here with the product number of your laptop. You can check up your model's drivers here on this link: http://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers or run the HP support assistant. Resetting your PC reinstalls Windows but deletes your files, settings, and apps—except for the apps that came with your PC. You can refer to the Microsoft website about "reset your PC": How to refresh, reset, or restore your PC
