Exact product number would be more helpful. It is always recommended to create a fresh query for your product to get more exposure to your issue.

Hey thanks a bunch, was able to use = the SIM Card Slot in my HP EliteBook 1040 Folio for 4G Mobile BroadBand and SMS. Is there a way to make calls from the installed SIM in my laptop.

 

My Mobile Operator relies on USSD codes for using Mobile Data and to check remaining data to the bundle I am subscribed to; and, this process requires the ability to dial. It is a nuisance to remove the SIM card everyday and put it in a phone to check the same.

 

Would be obliged if any software or workaround for this issue can be suggested.

i have an Elitebook 2560p that has a sim card slot

the driver in the original page of HP drivers for my model did not work
