My IVT Bluetooth Audio Bus Device won't work with Win10.  What should I do?  Do I need to download a new driver, or replace a piece of hardware?  If hardware needs to be replaced, is there a video that shows how to do it?  Thank you.

Hello @shel7,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I have read your post and understand that the Bluetooth is not working on your HP Pavilion Notebook after upgrading to windows 10. I have researched the issue and have come up with a possible resolution. First, please perform a hard reset. Once that is complete, please follow the steps in these documents:

HP PCs - Using Bluetooth Devices (Windows 10, 😎

If that document does not help please try downloading the drivers for your model if they are available.

HP Products - Where Do I Find Windows 10 Drivers and Software for My Model?

If the document did not help you resolve the issue, try restoring the BIOS and then check for windows updates. For more specific information please provide your product model using this link "Find my Product".

Thank you, I look forward to your response with the outcome.
